BushWang worked with Codman Academy and Codman Square Medical Facility to develop planning of r a new three story gymnasium facility that backs into the Medical Facility Campus in Dorchester, MA. The building layout has dedicated parking at the ground level, dedicated Health Center and Academy Offices at Level two and a two story gymnasium space at levels three and four.
The program for the gym includes the following:

Visitor & Home Retractable Bleachers

Men’s & Women’s Shower & Locker Facilities
Mezzanine with Athletic Support Offices & View Balcony
Facility Support Spaces
The project features an enclosed, public drop-off area on the backside of the facility with a glass canopy and covered parking access.
The costs for this project was estimated at $ 26,000,000.
