Mike Bush is the founding principal of Bush Wang, established in 2008. Before that, he served as Principal and Vice President at Tsoi/Kobus & Associates, Director of Planning and Construction at Massachusetts General Hospital, and worked in the Medical Division of Ellerbe Becket in Minneapolis. His practice spans a wide range of architectural sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, corporate, and higher education design.

Meng Li is an architectural designer who joined BushWang in 2018. He is skilled at all phases of project development and has been focused on research and production projects for the last several years.

Green is an extremely talented intern interior designer who joined BushWang in early 2021. She is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is currently pursuing a degree in Master of Interior Architecture at Boston Architectural College. In addition, Green studied at Harbin University and obtained a degree in Broadcast and Hosting Art.

Klejdi joined BushWang in early 2026 and has proven to be a multifaceted designer, being skilled in both aesthetic and technical issues. He has been heavily involved in a variety of projects, including the design and documentation of Laboratories, Surgical Operating Platforms and Clean Room Facilities.

Patra joined BushWang in 2020 as the Financial Director of the firm. She oversees budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and planning to help the business stay profitable and make informed decisions.
