BushWang recently completed the design, documentation and construction administration for the Flagship Pioneering’s (FSP) Human Resources Suite at their headquarters in Kendall Square.
The design of the suite features adjustable height open workstations, enclosed offices, huddle and conference rooms and staff support areas, all of which have amazing views of the Charles River and the Beacon Hill / Back Bay districts. Interior glass storefront systems were utilized at the enclosed spaces to facilitate the views to the surrounding areas.
The finishes within the suite were in keeping with the Finish Standards of the executive suites for FSP, that were developed by BushWang with the Owner.
The design and documentation was complete within a six week period, and the construction phase duration was approximately 14 weeks.
BushWang also recently completed the renovation of the Executive Reception Area, Staff Conferencing Areas, East Wing Staff Office Suite and the Elevator Lobby within the headquarter Suite that spans over two floors of the building.
