BushWang also designed Harbinger Health’s office suites at 35/37 Spinelli Place in Cambridge, MA. The fit-out of the two buildings included full interior demolition, renovation of the interior spaces and finishes and miscellaneous exterior work.
The project program included open work areas, enclosed offices, a CEO office suite with a dedicated conference room, staff break areas, staff toilet rooms, staff shower room, staff and building support spaces, new exterior windows and entry canopies, renovated loading dock and receiving area, bicycle parking and new MEP/FP systems, including rooftop equipment.
The interior fit-out followed the same finish standards developed with the client for the One Cambridge Park project, including flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting, millwork, and restroom design.
The design and documentation phase took approximately 16 weeks, and construction lasted approximately 24 weeks.
